How does a photo print cake work?
- Choose your cake — size, flavour, shape and finish — on the order site or on WhatsApp.
- Send your photo on WhatsApp after you order (see the tip below).
- We confirm the layout — how the photo is cropped, the border and the wording — and any extra cost.
- We print it on an edible sheet, then bake and decorate the cake around it.
- Pickup from Juffair or delivery across Bahrain.
The print itself is edible; the flavour you taste is the cake and frosting underneath.
The one tip that matters most: how you send the photo
WhatsApp compresses normal photos to save data, and a compressed photo prints soft and grainy — the cake will look worse than the picture on your phone. To keep full quality:
- In WhatsApp tap the paperclip (📎) → Document → choose the photo. It's sent untouched.
- Never send a screenshot or a photo you saved from social media — those are already compressed.
- If you can, send 2–3 options and let us pick the sharpest.

Storage tips
- Keep the cake refrigerated in its box (see keeping a cake fresh in Bahrain's heat).
- Take it out shortly before serving — a big jump from fridge-cold to warm can cause condensation, which dulls the colours.
- Only send photos of people who are happy to be on the cake, and photos you have the right to use.
