Ordering

Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. We accept same-day and urgent orders as well as advance bookings, subject to availability — the earlier you order, the more design options we can offer. Final pricing, flavor and size are confirmed directly with you before the order is finalized.

Payment

We accept BenefitPay (QR code on our Contact page). Other arrangements, such as cash on delivery, can be discussed on WhatsApp at the time of ordering.

Delivery & Pickup

Self-pickup is available at no extra charge. Delivery charges range from 1 BHD to 3 BHD, depending on the delivery distance within Bahrain.

Cancellations

Since custom and theme cakes are made to order with advance preparation, cancellations should be requested as early as possible via WhatsApp. Cancellation terms for orders already in progress will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
